Drop-off is by arrangement. WhatsApp your laptop model, fault and a photo of the model label so we can confirm the next step.
BitSupport works from Parys, Free State. If your laptop has stopped powering on, will not charge, or was damaged by a spill, message us with the model and symptoms before bringing it in. We will confirm a drop-off time and what to include.
For customers outside Parys, we also arrange courier diagnosis after checking the fault details first.
